Chicken Stroganoff-Crockpot Method

serves 6 - 4 points

1 lbs frozen boneless-skinless chicken breast
1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. fat free sour cream
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Place frozen chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Mix soup, sour cream, onion soup together and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7 hours.

***Serve over noodles or rice, but be sure to add the points. ***
